2023 Autumn flush red Oolong, rare premium AV2 from highest elevation, Gopaldhara Clonal, whole leaf, notes of muscatel grapes, honey, berries, and slight rose.

Bai Mudan silver tips, single leaf white tea with the bud. Delicate, with a slight fragrance of peony. First Flush, April 2024

High elevation Autumn clonal 2023, moonlight flush AV2. Tea has notes of toasted caramel and muscatel. Sweet, fruity, & brisk. 

Yunnan black tea, rich, earthy, woodsy, and robust in flavor with a hint of roasted rice. 

Whole leaf Longjing "Dragonwell" tea with a hint of Oregon lavender. Slightly sweet, fragrant and calming.

With fresh ginger and lavender. Caffeine free.

Since we prepare our chai in-house, we choose to omit tea leaves to offer a caffeine-free option. However, we are more than happy to include tea leaves for those who prefer it caffeinated.
