Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly based on location and postal service conditions. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

We hope you love our tea! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
   
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
   

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact amanda@bumblebee.love with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll process your refund once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement.
